HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

In stage 0 ductal carcinoma , the abnormal cells are in the lining of the duct and have not spread to surrounding breast tissue.

IN many women treatment is limited to surgery and/or radiation. Chemotherapy is normally not considered but your doctor may have specific reasons for suggesting this option.

You may want to consider discussing your concerns with your doctor.

I hope this helps
