Is Changing Dosage Timing Of Exforge For Heart Disease A Cause For Concern?

I have accidently taken my Exforge HCT 5/160/12.5 at 5pm instead of my contraceptive pill Levlen ED. I generally take my bp medication in the morning around 7.30am. I did take my Levelen ED at 5.15pm after I realized I took the wrong pill. I have bootcamp at 6.30pm, is this harmful or will I be ok and is it ok for training to still occur? Thanks Jo
