Some people have lung disease from reaction to marijuana smoking. This is obvious on physical exam if it is severe. If it is very slight, then it's effect on surgery is very slight. Otherwise, some people hate missing even part of one day of smoking and feel unhappy, but there is NOT true withdrawal.
