Is Bursting Of Blood Vessel In The Toe A Matter Of Concern?

I am a 44 year old woman. A couple of nights ago a blood vessel(?) burst on the side of my big toe. I didn't hurt it in any way prior. The same thing happened about 3 months ago in the other foot on the side of the small toe. I have a job where I stand on my feet all day. Could there be any serious medical issues which would cause this? I have also been having chest pain lately which my doctors have contributed to stress.

HI,Welcome to HCM.
Based on the facts of your query,I would suggest you to check up with Surgeon and to rule out Varicose Vein if any.
This could cause a painless bleeding you had 2 times now.
Don't worry till the Surgeon's Second Opinion confirms the Varicose Veins.
In case it is there, which may cause such repeated bleeding, you just have to start proper care as advised by him or by a Vascular Surgeon if need be.
Hope this reply would resolve your query and the chest pain with its worry.
Welcome for any further query in this regard

Will appreciate writing your feedback review comments,to help the needy patients like you at HCM.

Good Day!!
