Is Burning In The Penis Related To Prostate?
I am a 43 year old male and have some on and off again issues with my prostate. My PSA levels have been 0.06 and 0.07 one year apart from each other. I have been placed on cipro twice for Prostitatis. Had the scope done and urologist has found nothing. Urine sample's have all been clear/clean. This morning, I was very constipated and when I had the bowel movement, it burned internally and then there was pain in my penis tip. Is this all related to the prostate. It should be noted that no bleeding in stool, or urine, or semen and I sleep through the night 5-6 hours without having to get up and urinate.

In My opinion, in the given situation you seem to suffer from-Proctitis with Constipation along with aggravation of prostatic pains.
Dear the severe constipation lately has aggravated local inflammation in your old prostatitis.
Thus the burning pain in the penis, is from Prostate and is related to aggravation of its inflammation.
The regular vigilant treatment of Prostatitis from Urologist seems to have kept the inflammation of prostate under control,as inidcated from the sound sleep you have.So just Consult Urologist and start a course of 2 weeks antibiotics to control aggravated prostatitis.
Tab NSAIds, plenty of fluids, caring for Constipation and IBS with GI Surgeon, would keep such attacks away from you in time to come.
