Is Bruised, Partially Numb, Painful Shin Due To Hit Against Dashboard Concerning?

Hello, I was in a head on collision a couple days ago. My shins hit the dash due to how close I sit when I drive. They were the first things I noticed hurt really bad. They are badly bruised and partially numb. I haven't seen a doctor, is it worth it to go. I don't want to show up for just a bruise. Thank you!
