Is Breast Feeding Safe Or The Formula Feed For The Baby?

I am taking carbamezapine and am 32 weeks pregnant. I am taking 800mg daily. I am trying to decide what I should do regarding breastfeeding once the baby is born. Do the benefits of breastfeeding outweigh negative effects of the drug or would it be better to formula feed?

Hello as we all know that breastfeeding is essential for the baby and should continue till 6 months and after that it will be your take to continue with bf...
But there are some conditions where she can not able to bf their child...like in medical conditions or when she on some kind of medicines. ..
Because nothing which you consume will in breast milk. ...so it can be harmful for baby...
So I would suggest you to consult to gynecologist....
I hope this will help you...
