Is Breast Cancer Related With Marginated Hypoechoic Mass Lesions?

My sister's breast examination(ultrasound) report says:ill marginated hypoechoic mass lesion seen at 10-11 o'clock position in right breast associated with another smaller nodular peripheral lesion at 10o clock position...duct ectasia and multiple enlarged right auxiliary lymph nodes-evidence of duct ectasia in left breast.what does that mean?does that by any chance mean breast cancer?

welcome to Health care magic.
1.Yes, Possibilities to be a breast cancer are there. ( ill-defined margins ).
2.Additionnal lumps and auxiliary lymph nodes are also seen in both benign and malignant lesions.
3.No one can give 100% diagnosis based on the imaging features. An FNAC - fine needle aspiration cytology , biopsy are the confirmatory.
4.Suggest to get FNAC/Biopsy done and needful treatment according to the findings.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
