Is Blood Test Required To Confirm Pregnancy With Usual Pregnancy Symptoms?

I have been experiencing pregnancy symptoms, and am currently 12-14days past ovulation. I tested negative with home tests and last night had a very faint positive. Tested again this morning and was a negative. I am experiencing nausea, excess saliva, and enlarged nipples.
Should I get a blood test?

HI
WELCOME
I HAVE GONE THROUGH YOUR QUERY.
TEST KITS ARE HIGHLY ACCURATE, ITS ACCURACY INCREASES WHEN USED A WEEK AFTER MISSED PERIOD AND WITH MORNING URINE SAMPLE. KINDLY REPEAT IT.
IT IS DIFFICULT TO DIAGNOSE PREGNANCY WITH JUST SYMPTOMS. IF STILL IN DOUBT GO FOR TRANS VAGINAL ULTRASOUND.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

Hope this helps.
Take care.
