My blood sugar tested at 245 2hours after earing. I had a 1/2 cup of chilee beans one slice whole wheat bread. A small amount of canola butter and a cup of watermelon. Do I need more carbs? I had 39 mg. How do I bring it down. I tale 2000mg od metformin

your post prenidial sugar is high. you have to add oral hypoglycemic tablet along with it or take insulin. consult dibetologist for better management.
