definitely low, however, one should not diagnose bp problems with just one bp reading-with the symptoms you are experiencing, you should seek medical care, asap.

I have had a mastectomy recently and my blood pressure was very high and I was told that my b.pressure should have been addressed before surgery. I have to receive chemotherapy next week and my blood pressure is still high - although dropped a little - it is now 159/74 pulse 76. Will the stresses of chemotherapy affect my blood pressure?
