Is Blood On The Toilet Paper A Concern?

First time pooping and i could tell i was not finished. I waited a few more minutes and a little ball of poop came out and when I wiped there was bright red blood. Quite a bit too. Now my stomach slightly hurts. What could this be. I always have heartburn also

Hi,

Noted your history of pooping but still feeling that it is not finished, blood on paper, stomach pains, also have heartburn.
The cause looks to be obvious that you have had hard stool causing fissure in ano or have bleeding due to piles.
This can be diagnosed by per-rectal examination and proctoscopy.
Once a proper diagnosis has been made take a proper treatment as would be advised by your Doctor/Surgeon. This can be in the form of stool softeners, laxatives, Sitz bath and as needed.
As for heartburn I would advise you the following:
Get an upper GI Endoscopy done,
PPI like Pantoprazole.
Domperidone for motility regulation.
Antacids particularly when on empty stomach.
Avoid oily and spicy foods.
Small frequent meals/
Avoid stress and anxiety.
