Is Blood Clot Possible In Knee Post Placement Of Titanium Rod In Femur?

I broke my femur last January 2015 Titanium rod for the past week I have so much pain.. my knee looks swollen.. I had pulmonary embolism from the car accident.. been off the warfarin blood thinners since may/june.. with this pain I was wondering if I could have a blood clot.

I really appreciate your concern, it may not be the collection of blood but such pain is very likely to happen in orthopedic surgery but it may be well subsided with analgesic you can use any of NSAID drug and it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
