Is Blood SGPT Level Of 35 Dangerous?

Hi doctor, i got my blood tested yesterday and found that my SGPT is 35. The report says the the normal level for females is 31. Is this something to worry about. After seeing the report the doctor said it will be good to do some liver tests..im tensed now.

SGPT is a liver enzyme which is raised when there is any inflammation or infection in liver,if SGPT is raised borderline,you must get full Liver Function Tests done just to rule out any problem in liver.Take care!
