Hello!

Welcome on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your blood pressure values are within the normal ranges.

Your symptoms could be related to anxiety or an electrolyte imbalance.

If the problem persists, I would recommend consulting with your physician for a careful physical exam and some tests:

- a chest X ray study
- a resting ECG
- complete blood count for anemia
- thyroid hormone levels for thyroid dysfunction
- fasting glucose
- liver and kidney function tests
- blood electrolytes.

Hope to have been helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
