Is Bleeding And Pelvic Pain Common During Pregnancy?

Hi my name is Patricia i am curently 6 weeks pregnant and am having very bad pelvic pain and a little spotting! i went to the er a few nights ago bc of bright red bleeding and sum clots they did an ultra sound and said the bby was fine and high up! im just confused what cld this mean?

bleeding is defenitely not normal in pregnancy. If the ultrasound has confirmed that the baby is inside the uterus and that it has a fatal heart then u can take progesterone tabs to support pregnancy and come medicines to prevent bleeding
