Is Bilirubin Common In Leukemia Patients?

My grandson is undergoing his final, pretty intense treatments for leukemeia. He has just recently developed bilirubin issue. His tummy is bloated and having diarrhea and other issues. He had been doing pretty good overall and has been in remission for about 6 months. I don t know what has brought this on. He has been hospitalized and we re praying he gets better. Can this be something that is easily developed with leukemeia patients durning all these treatments? He is 7 years old
