Is Bed Rest Necessary When Diagnosed With Deep Diastolic Notching?
Hi, I am 16 weeks pregnant. I was diagnosed with deep diastolic notching at 12 weeks. The notching is still significant at 16 weeks but is better than last time (Right uterine PI: 1.17 and left uterine PI: 1.79). I am taking Ecosprin 75 mg. Doctor also advised me bed rest. Is bed rest necessary? I want to join back work.

I really appreciate your concern, what the finding you have given is not the diagnosis it self but it is just the nonspecific findings and it needs to be correlated with the clinical condition, if it is some kind of symptoms are there then better to have some rest hope this information helps.
