Is Bad Odoured Pimple On The Cheek A Cause For Concern?

I have a really big pimple on my right cheek and I had a surgery last year because the doctors said that it was bad . Honestly , I didn't understand why ... Today I noticed that when I put my head on the pimple , it stinks . Can you please tell me what does that mean ?? Should I worry ??

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.

As per your complain a large pimple over the cheek that is drained surgically and as it still stinks badly there seems to be incomplete draining and persisting infection..

You should consult a Dermatologist or your treating doctor and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation can be diagnostic..
In case of persisting infection he can advise you oral intake of antibiotics..
Topical application of antibiotic ointment like Triple Antibiotic Ointment and regular cleaning of the area with antiseptic solution can help in resolution..
