Is Back Pain A Symptom Of Pinched Nerve?

I am a 14 year old dance, within the past week I've been having lower back pains. Today after practice was the worst, if I even moved the wrong way a pain was sent throughout my body. Personally, I think it may be a pinched nerve because I've had them before in my neck/upper back and this feels relatively similar. What do you think it is besides a pinched nerve? What should I do about it? Thanks!

Hello,

I had gone through the case and found that it might be muscle spasm or slip disc.

So for precaution go for MRI of lower spine.

If nothing comes in report then take mild painkiller and apply muscle relaxant gel.

Avoid exercise and bend forward.

Take neurobion daily one and vitamin D3 once a week .

It will help in strenghting the nerve and bone.

Hope my answer will be effective for you.

Thanks
