Is aswagandha is good for sperm increase?

Hi my husband has a low sperm count problem current level is 1 million and motility is 50 @ active he is just 32 yrs old n done have any medical problem , he do have hectic work schedule do that affect sperm count ? right now he has started taking ashwagandha with milk will that help him in increasing sperm count ? is their any other medicine which can be use ?

The answer to your question is yes. Ashwagandha helps. You can also include Museli Choorna (1 tsp) along with it.

There also comes a composition by name SHIVALINGA BEEJA and PUTRANJEEVAKA BEEJA (Baba Ramdev s Patanjali Pharmacy). This needs to powdered in a mixer and stored separately in air tight container. Consume 1/2 tsp of each with warm milk, first thing in morning, empty stomach. This combination is known to deliver very good result.

You are right about the stress levels affecting the sperm count to an extent. Try to maintain healthy food and lifestyle. Practice Anuloma-Viloma Pranayama breathing and agnisara pranayama technique regularly to control stress.

Dhanurasana
