Is An Itchy, Growing Skin Tag Near Clitoris Suggestive Of Cervical Cancer?
hi Doc I had an SDT a few years back and got medical help but ever since then during that period of having the STD I discovered I had small skin growing next to my clitoris recently its giving me an uncomfortable sensation very itchy and the skin seems to be growing bit by bit what could be the course sould I be having cervical cancer?i don t even have any signs of vaginal yeast as ive looked down there
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I have read your description and understand your concern. Small skin tag that is growing near your clitoris does not mean that you could be having cervical cancer. The symptoms pertaining to cervical cancer is quite different from what you are experiencing. It could be due to wart, caused by viral infection. You can get it removed completely by means of electrocautery. Kindly consult Skin specialist for local examination of the lesion and its management. Hope the information provided would be helpful. All the best.
