General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You need to go to the nearest medical center to perform a full clinical assessment with other laboratory and essential investigations. There are many cases that might cause your bleeding per rectum, and your doctors will perform few tests to exclude them and treat accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Abed Tahrawi
