Is An Head Injury Followed By Clogged Ears A Concern?

I was hit in the top right side of my head splitting my scalp and hearing ringing immediately after. When the ringing subsided about ten minutes later I noticed my left ear was partially clogged. It s been two days and my ear is still clogged yet I have no other symptoms. Should I be worried?
