General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The transient lightheadache episode and impaired balance can be part of:
- Heat stroke
- Dehydration sequence
- Transient ischemic attack involving cerebral circulation
- Low blood pressure or blood sugar

I would recommend a visit to your family doc for sake of evaluation of vital parameters and cross check the working systems.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
