Is An Achy Feeling In My Chest And Arm Related To Heart Troubles?

hi for a while now i have been having a achy feeling in my chest on the left side above my breast radiating towards my armpit sometimes i have to press on it to ease the pain. it worries me as i have high blood pressure under control with medication, Ibesartan 75mg once daily. Could i be having problems with my heart ?
