What is your age. There are many reasons for hairfall. It can be stress, illness, hormonal disturbance, severe dandruff. You should avoid stress. Do Yoga, Pranayam and deep breathing exercises for relief of stress. Sleep for 6-8 hours a day. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Drink plenty of water. Exercise daily. All these methods increase blood supply to scalp and also have antioxidant effect to prevent damage to hair. You should consult Dermatologist to find out the cause of your hairfall and then required treatment can be given.
