Is Allergic To Paracetamol, Aspirin And Ibuprofen. Alternate Medication For Fever And Pain?

Hi, I m Phuong from Vietnam. My son is allergic to Paracetamol , Aspirin , Ibuprofen . He is 21 years old now. When he was young, he could take Paracetamol normally. I recognized he was allergic to these medications when he was about 18 years old. Could you please to show me what medication he can take for fever/pain?Thank you so much.

There are multiple other options used that can used instead of above mentioned drugs. e.g. diclofenic sodium, peroxicam, meloxicam, Tramadol. There are still may other that can be goggled under the heading NSAIDs.
