General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Albumin infusion and steroids are the first line treatment. In some cases kidneys become normal with age. If the renal function deteriorates, dialysis and renal transplant may be required.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
