Is Aggressive Nature An Effect Of IBS?

I have been diagnosed with IBS just recently I am finding I cannot eat most foods that I enjoy, i.e. dark chocolate. I get horrible anxiety and can get angry from the food, is that part of IBS? I have found eggs are doing the same thing, I am gluten free, corn free, potato free. Thank You, Judy

Hello, don't worry about your problem
and also don't get anxious about the disease.

it is the part of the disease that you need to avoid few foods that precipitate the disease or increase your difficulty.
So don't get anxious about it . some Food and drinks with chocolate, alcohol, caffeine, fructose need to be reduced in amount.

I would suggest you, not to stop rather take them in the least amount.

Thankyou
