Radiologist 's  Response
myomas are small benign growth in the smooth muscles of the uterus. if the are small and asymptomatic, they dont need any treatment. the other finding in your scan is that your are suffering from adenomyosis. this condition can cause cyclical pain and may interfere with pregnancy. you need to consult your gyno for the available treatment options.
