Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain as you have got acne and wants to get it treated you need to take a treatment containing a combination of anti-acne medicine and antibiotic..
Acnesol contains Clindamycin which is an antibiotic and you can very well use it to reduce the acne and along with it you can also apply benzoyl peroxide containing gel..
You can wash your face with a facewash containing Salicylic acid and Glycolic acid..
You can do cool compresses over the pimples..
Limit sun exposure.
Avoid any skin cosmetics and for lubrication you can apply cooled aloevera gel..
Take multivitamin supplements, limit sun exposure, apply sunscreen lotion while going into sun, avoid oily food and keep the face clean..
Drink plenty of water..
In case if it still does not resolve you can consult a Dematologist and he can advise you to take oral antibiotics, oral and topical retinoids like Isotretinoin or adapelene and also advise you to go for treatments like glyclic acid peels and microdermabrasion..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
