Is Abdominal Pain Sign Of PID Or Menstrual Cycle?

Hi...I`m a 20 year old female. Last month I got pregnant with my boyfriend. So I took the abortion pill and everything went well I got my periods now and I`m not having the excess bleeding also.My periods going to end in next two days. But what I`m worried the most about is I`m having this mild abdominal pain. I recently got to know about PID and I searched about it on the internet and it says PID symptoms are the mild lower abdominal pain.I`m in panic.I`m not sure whether itz bcoz of my periods going to end or is it a symptom of PID ?? I need help as I`m not able to talk about it to anyone. I want to know what measures should I take ??

The mild pain can be PID as you have rightly though.
Take a course of an antibiotic and ask you boyfriend too to have the same course.
IF no relief , ultrasonography may help you to have a proper diagnosis.
