Is Abdominal Pain Related To Pregnancy Or Orofer Injection?
Hey Doctor, I am 23 weeks pregnant and my hemoglobin is 7.7. Under Doctor supervision, I had taken Orofer injection for five alternative days and thereafter I am taking Orofer Total tablets once a day. After taking tablets, I experiences stomach pain as if gas is forming with breathlessness which continues for 3-4 hours and then subsidized. I am really worried whether this stomach pain has anything to do with my baby growth inside.

orofer is given to increase the iron content of the body.
do take them only after food.
things will get better.
add on with dietary iron also
iron is associated with such problems.
mostly metallic taste, blackening of teeth, stomach cramps, constipation and so on...
do follow the instructions meticulously, things will be better
