Is Abdominal Pain And Bloating Due To The Expiry Of Implanon?

My implanon expires next month and I have been experiencing abdominal pain bloating fatigue. I have also had a yeast infection and a UTI and I m wondering if it s possible I could be pregnant. I had heavy regular periods most of the time but haven t had one now since12/19????

Thanks for asking. I understand your problem.
-Implanon is known to cause irregular menses. It can be irregular, scanty,or absent for several months.& absence of menses for several months is common with Implanon.
- Bloating you have can also be a side effect of hormone in Implanon /it can be due to UTI & yeast infection you are having ( which needs proper treatment ) / A rarest possibility of ectopic conception with Implanon.
* So you need to get-
-Home pregnancy test done to exclude pregnancy/ USG abdomen if the test is +ve or weak +ve..followed by necessary treatment.
- Get Gynecological check up done & get treatment ( of both sex partners) for yeast done to relieve the infection & bloating.
- Get urine check up done & take suitable antibiotics & get relief from abdominal bloating due to urinary bladder infection.
