Is Abdominal Obesity In A Child Normal?
Hello. My daughter is 6 years old, weighs about 60 lbs and the height of a 7 - 8 year old. She s really tall and thin. We went swim suit shopping yesterday and she felt bad because of her belly. She has what I call a little gut / pot belly. Is this normal and will she grow out of it?

Hi...by what you quite i an otherwise normal and health girl , this should be a normal finding. Ask her to exercise and swim. That should be enough.
