Is A Watery Discharge With Cramping And Breast Fluid, Implantation Bleeding?

I am on cycle day 35 of a normal 33 day cycle. I have taken several test and all said neg. Today i noticed a small amount of pink watery dischage. Yesterday i noticed my right breast leaking clear fluid. Slight cramping. I am 30 y/o. And have 4 children. Could this be implantation bleeding?

Yes watery discharge breast , cramp and implantation bleeding are presumptive symptoms of pregnancy.
Implantation bleeding is very light and sometime associated with cramp and just last for 1-2 days and occur during the time around the menstrual bleeding. So i think you have implantation bleeding.

But it is difficulty to tell about pregnancy as symptoms are variable.
But most confirmatory sign is delayed period. If period will delay by 10-12 days from your normal period date then you have to think about the pregnancy. You did pregnancy test early that is the reason of negative result.\I advice you to repeat the home pregnancy test with fresh morning urine sample after 8-10 days. Better confirmation should be done by blood HCG and USG scan.
