Is A Vein Coming Down The Forehead Of An Infant Normal?

My granddaughter was born to a mother, age 42. This is her first baby. The baby is now 7 months old but has a vein coming down the center of her forehead quite noticeable. Is this normal? Will this go away as she gets older? Could something be wrong. She past all test at birth. She has seen her pediatrician regularly and nothing has been said. Am I over reacting?

Hello, Thanks for the query.
A visible vein is possible because skin is thin, light colored. This not an abnormality at all. You need not worry. I am sure you are not referring to any exposed blood vessel. In many places veins are visible. Thanks
