Is A Tiny Black Spot On The Glans Penis A Cause For Concern?
Hi Dr. 6 mnths ago i notice a two tiny black spot like a pen head on my penis glans and slowly growing. I saw more small growing. Not itchy.. i tried to put tooth paste for a week looks like nothing change. I’m so worried. Please i want to know about this and how to remove this things. Thanks

Genital wart is a possibility. Other causes like keratoma and papilloma also be ruled out. Consult a dermatologist and get evaluated. If there is diagnostic confusion, a biopsy may be required.
