General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It may be a due small abscess. We have to rule out other possibilities also.

As a first line management, you can start a short course of antibiotics like Amoxiclav for five days.

If the lesion persists better to consult a neurosurgeon and plan for an MRI scan.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
