Is A Small Head And Abdomen For The Unborn Baby Cause For Concern?

I have a diagnosis of mental heath (psychosis) I was initially on 20 mg olanzipine, and now on 10 mg. I was told it's ok to use this during pregnancy. During my scan, I was informed that my baby has a small head and small abdomen. What does this mean and what can I do to ensure that my baby is ok.
