Is A Small Bump On The Forearm Malignant?

I have a bump on outer forearm, about the size of a pin head and slowly growing. It is not a pimple. It s very hard. No ring around it or discolouring. It doesn t itch. It does hurt a little to touch or rub. I am a redhead with fair skin, and I have had precancerous moles removed. Do I need to get the little bump checked by my family physician?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it is better to keep it under observation for any changes, it may be infection and it can be given try with antibiotic and drug of choice would be "Tab Cefdinir 300 mg" twice in day looking to the history better to see doctor for final diagnosis, hope this information helps.
