Is A Second Medicated Abortion Advisable For A One-month Pregnant Woman?

Hi i had a abortion last May 2016 via medicines , and now again i am pregnant but do not want a child right now ,can i go for another medicated abortion as i am 4 weeks 2 days pregnant .What are the side effects of future pregnancy also plz elaborate .My age is 27years 7months ,weight is 57 height is 5 5 feet Thanks

It is perfectly fine to have a second abortion. There usually aren't any complications due to the use of abortion drugs. May I advise use of contraception if you are not willing to have kids right now. That would be safest and without any problems for future pregnancy.
