Is A Red, Itchy, Scaly, Foul-smelling, Cracked Skin Sign Of Intertrigo?

Itchy, smelly dead skin building up from butt crack towards back. Red and raw skin after dead skin comes off in layers. What could this be? from the bottom of my butt crack and up towards my back white dead looking skin builds up itches and has a smell like it s fungus. I remove this dead skin leaving it very raw I exercise a lot is that maybe why what s a way I can get rid of this

Yes it is a sign of Intertrigo most probably. Please get your fasting, postprandial sugar levels checked and TSH levels. Avoid sweat inducing activities and wet inners.
