General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to folliculitis.

It is an infection of the hair follicle.

I suggest using an antibiotic cream for local application.

I also suggest maintaining the area cleaned.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
