I do believe a normal pulse is reading about 60-80 beats pr. minute, so I guess it's a bit low... But I don't think it's anything to worry about. Remember source criticism... I'm not a doctor, I can only tell you what I think or know. I reckon it also depends a bit about your age?

Can anxiety cause a pulse ox to go lower? My mother s physical therapist told her to see her doctor because her pulse ox was going low (in the 80 s) when she exerted herself. It would return into the 90 s when she rested. Her doctor said he thought it was due to anxiety - is this possible?

Good afternoon....I m COPD and just got off my nebulizer. I took my BP which was 106 D, and 45 S, pulse 83. Should I be worried about something? It s NEVER been that low before, especially systolic... I feel antsy....not stressed, napped after my treatment. Should I be concerned? Thank you
