Is A Pea Sized Red Flat Spots On Perineum A Hemorrhoid?
I think I have a hemorrhoid but now have 2 pea sized red flat spots on my perineum that are painful and sometimes itchy. Could this be part of the hemorrhoid? I am concerned it could be something else. Its very tender and painful to the touch, especially when urinating or having a BM.

From history it seems that you might be having inflamed hemorrhoids came out and strangulated.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
Meanwhile take some anti-inflammatory medicine for pain and swelling.
Avoid constipation.
