Is A Negative ELISA And RNA PCR Test Result 14 Days After Exposure Conclusive?

Hii Doctor, After unprotected sex after 14 days of exposure I had RNA PCR and ELISA 4 gen combo test both result came negative. After 28 days I had std panel and HIV test results came negative. On 90 day I had HIV test by cmia method which came negative with index of 0.06.after 4 months I had fever with throat infection which got cured in 48 hours with antibiotics due to anxiety I had a test in lab diagnostic center don t now which method but came negative. After 5 months I had viral fever again which got cured with anibiotic but I am going nut for HIV should I do another test or my above test are conclusive. .

The question isn't 14 days but more like > 40. Yes, it is definitive unless there are new risk behaviors at 4 months regardless of the test. They would all be positive by 4 months. and if not positive there is no further indication for testing.
