hello dear. I have gone through your details. A multiseptated cyst falls into the suspicious category of cancerous appearing lesions. You need to get yourself examined and undergo some tests(tissue diagnosis) to rule out any cancer developing in it. But do not worry, it may also turn out to be non cancerous. It can be confirmed only after tissue examination.. Hope you understand.
