Hello dear. Thank you for using Healthcaremagic. I read your query and I understand your concern. The decision for a fibromyoma depends on several things.
1. The discomfort it gives to patient ,hemorrhage, pain, difficulties in urination or defecarion , infertility problems, etc
2. Position of fibromyomas if it conpreses other organs or gives haemorrhage and leads to anemia .
3. Age of patien. In menopause they tend to be atrofic and reduces measures so can be left.
4. Growing. The follow up of its growing shows if it grows fast or tend not to grow.
So you and your gynecologist can decide what to do. Hope my answer was helpful. Best regards.
